We are thrilled to announce that our U16 Girls’ Hockey team are back-to-back National Champions after being crowned Tier 2 National Champions on 10 March at Lee Valley Stadium, London!
The girls came out victorious against Kingswood School, Bath, winning 3-2 at the Olympic stadium. Theis is the culmination of a fantastic season for the girls, who have been on great form through all of the knock-out stages as a result of their commitment and approach to training, as well as their fantastic team spirit.
This follows the teams success at last year’s Tier 3 final, where they beat a number of teams before winning 2-1 against Prior Park College.
We could not be more proud of this incredible team whose achievement is testament to their hard work and fantastic team spirit.
A well deserved victory and another moment in history for hockey at NULS
