Our Sports Days are always a highlight in the NULS School calendar and this year was certainly no different!
Kicking off proceedings, pupils in Prep descended on Stubbs Field as they competed against each other superbly in a range of events from hurdles to long jump! Joined by their parents, our pupils enjoyed a picnic in the sun before resuming for the afternoon’s events. With records broken, medals won and plenty of smiles all round, Prep Sports Day 2023 was a resounding success!
Next up was Pre-Prep Sports Day, with Reception – Year 2 taking to Victoria Field for the afternoon’s proceedings. It was a fabulous afternoon with pupils competing in such high spirits and having so much fun. Our Year 6s supported our teachers in ensuring the event ran smoothly and they were extremely helpful! Well done to Myott for achieving the most points!
Finally, our Seniors had an absolutely fantastic day back on Stubbs with long-held records being broken and so many brilliant performances across the board! It was amazing to see the calibre of some of the performances as well as the number of pupils who got involved and had a go – well done to all competitors! A huge thank you too, to Mrs Lea and our superb Sports Department!
