The Pastoral Care of our students is a vital aspect of our Sixth Form life. We believe in the development of the whole student and it is our aim to ensure that every individual leaves here feeling comfortable with themselves, and with the emotional strength and ability to make life choices that serve them well.

Sixth Form students enjoy small tutor groups under the care and guidance of Sixth Form tutors and the Head and Assistant Head of Sixth Form. The Sixth Form community is very much part of the whole School family, with the opportunities to take leadership roles a key aspect of the new skills they will need beyond School.
We proactively aim to support students health and well-being through expert sessions and PSHE Classes. Health and individual counselling sessions are available to students on an individual basis whenever support is required. Timetabled Sport continues to play a major part in the Sixth Form curriculum with students benefiting from this alongside their academic studies.
Sixth Form students take an active role in the pastoral care of the younger pupils through the Prefect system, House structure and the School Council.
