We look forward to welcoming current Y11s and their families who are looking to discover more about our county-leading Sixth Form which has a track record of producing outstanding results at A Level.
Rated “Double Excellent” at all key stages, we offer a rich and varied co-curricular programme across Sport, Music and Drama, helping our pupils to thrive both in and outside the classroom. We are also home to excellent sport, swimming and fitness facilities with a new £4 million Sports Complex set to open from Autumn 2022.
From September 2022, our newly renovated Sixth Form Centre will be open with a beautifully designed common room and workrooms, providing our eldest pupils with spaces to learn and socialise as they embark on their A-Levels. Our Sixth Formers also benefit from specialised super-curricular programmes to help students who are looking to study at Oxbridge or pursue Medicine, Veterinary or Dental careers.
There are a number of Scholarships available for pupils as they enter our Sixth Form including Academic, Sport, Music, Art and Drama.

Newcastle under Lyme School’s youngest pupils have raised over £5000 for Cancer Research UK by completing a sponsored walk ‘from’ Newcastle-under-Lyme to Newcastle in New South Wales, Australia.
