Newcastle-under-Lyme School is delighted to have opened our new Sports Complex for this academic year, further enhancing the outstanding provision of sport for our pupils and members of the wider community.
At NULS, we always strive to build on our success and our ambition for sport continues to grow as we open the new facility, elevating our sporting offer for pupils from Nursery to Sixth Form.
The state-of-the-art facility is beyond the normal scale, incorporating multiple courts for netball, tennis and more, significantly developing our sporting capacity to a region-leading levels. The facility also includes a new fully fitted out Strength and Conditioning Suite, providing our teams with further training to support their participation within School teams.
The new Sports Complex is also home to a Superleague Netball Experience Hub as part of an exciting new partnership with Loughborough Lightning. The hub aims to be the home to North Staffordshire’s top aspiring netballers and seeks to provide girls with the performance environment in which to meet their potential.
