Newcastle-under-Lyme School (NULS) has cemented its position as a regional academic leader, once again being named the Top Performing Independent School in Staffordshire by the highly prestigious Sunday Times Parent Power Schools Guide 2026.
The highly anticipated annual guide highlights NULS’ exceptional standing, confirming its place as the only school in Staffordshire to be ranked within the Top 10 schools in the entire West Midlands region.
Furthermore, NULS was recognised as the 3rd Best Co-educational Independent Day School across the expansive West Midlands area, which spans multiple counties including Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Shropshire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, and Telford and Wrekin.
