Little NULS students benefit from our dedicated on-site Forest School and visit the space weekly, providing opportunities to explore and develop confidence through a hands-on learning experience within a woodland environment.

Our Prep School offers unparalleled opportunities that enable our students to flourish.
Our small class sizes and experienced qualified learning support specialists are complemented by bright and engaging classroom spaces. Students’ learning is also supported by the addition of 80 new Chromebook laptops which enable students to develop vital research and digital skills for their future world.
Exciting outdoor learning experiences continue through to the Prep School with three newly developed play spaces. New climbing frames, recreational spaces and AstroTurf football pitch (amongst others) were opened in April ‘25 and compliment our beautiful Prep School campus. These wonderful new additions are enjoyed daily by our Prep School students.
Prep School students regularly visit our school’s own woodland, Ekka’s Wood, located just 20 minutes away from our campus. Students develop confidence through supported risk taking and ignite a joy for learning in these natural settings. Opportunities for outdoors adventures enable our students to acquire skills such as resilience and perseverance whilst providing a strong foundation and interest for future co-curricular opportunities in the Senior School such as Duke of Edinburgh awards and Combined Cadet Forces.
Within our school grounds, our facilities also include mirrored dance and drama studios, highly equipped science labs and design technology workshops. Prep School students’ also have access to our state-of-the-art theatre and music facilities to spark their performance skills and creativity.

Opened in late 2023, the newly renovated dining hall is complemented by the high quality menus as a result of our partnership with Thomas Franks.
