It has been wonderful to welcome back Castilian and West End Star, Will Barratt back to school as he delivered a Les Misérables workshop and was the guest of honour at this year’s Prize-giving.
In January, Will came back to school to deliver a fantastic workshop with pupils ahead of their show run of Les Miserables! The masterclass was a wonderful opportunity for our pupils, who performed the Schools Edition of the show, to rehearse and gain so much practical advice and guidance from Will who has played Jean Valjean in the Les Mis tour and on the West End for over a year!
Following this, Will kindly agreed to be guest of honour at both our Prep and Senior Prize-giving events. During the ceremonies, Will delivered truly breath-taking performances of ‘Bring Him Home’ from Les Miserables and ‘The Life I Never Led’ from Sister Act, as well as addressing both Prep and Senior audiences with inspirational speeches about his time at NULS and the importance of following your passions.
